LOAN APPLICATIONS. Use of this site and the submission of any forms completed by you through this site do not qualify you for financial aid. Your eligibility for financial aid will be determined pursuant to the terms, conditions and specific eligibility requirements for each particular program for which you apply, as applied and determined by the appropriate party or parties charged under law or contract with determining your eligibility for each particular program.
When completing a student loan application on this site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. If any information provided is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, ALL Student Loan Corporation has the right to terminate your loan application and/or decline to provide any and all future use of the site. When you apply for a student loan, ALL Student Loan Corporation, or any affiliate thereof, may access and process all information included on the application. ALL Student Loan Corporation is permitted to disclose the information you provide to financial institutions, educational institutions, and other authorized third parties.
If you are not a registered user, you may receive a user name and password during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login name and password and for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify ALL Student Loan of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security known to you.

All claims relating to this site, the materials contained in it and their use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and of the United States of America, as appropriate. You agree that any action arising from the terms of use of this site or use of this site shall be brought in state or federal court in Los Angeles, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. ALL Student Loan makes no representation that materials in the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
TERMINATION. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all material obtained from this site, together with all documentation related thereto and all copies thereof whether or not made pursuant to this agreement. If ALL Student Loan determines, in its sole discretion, that you have failed to comply with any provision of this agreement, then, without further notice from ALL Student Loan, this agreement will terminate immediately and you must destroy all materials obtained from this site, together with all documentation related thereto and all copies thereof whether or not made pursuant to this agreement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
