This promise has been kept. And we continue to keep it every day in countless ways.
Foremost are the affordable loan programs that have helped hundreds of thousands of students attend college. ALL Student Loan innovations such as immediate interest rate reduction programs and payment of certain loan-related fees on our borrowers´ behalf have further eased the strain of paying for a college education.
The benefits of our approach have extended far beyond ALL Student Loan´s customer base as other lenders, following our lead, have reduced their own rates and introduced similar programs.
Recognizing that paying for college is a fundamental life planning issue, we also deliver educational programs aimed at helping families prepare financially for college. And we work closely with community organizations that share our mission of making higher education more affordable and accessible.
Our ability to deliver superior products and top-notch customer service is deeply rooted in our culture. As a nonprofit organization, we are dedicated to meeting the needs of our stakeholders–students, their families, educational institutions and community partners–not shareholders. Revenues are reinvested in the organization to improve programs and service quality, and enable us to extend our benefits to an ever-increasing number of borrowers and schools in the future.
